金雞年是暌違已久的「再通膨」時代來臨，「原物料行情看漲、金融業受惠升息循環、物聯網概念下的半導體」，將成為2017年最具投資契機的三大族群。

首先，原物料行情看漲，以鋼鐵、水泥、塑化等類股，將在報價走揚、全球供給縮減的環境中，營運持續添動能。第一，產油國協議2017年開始減產，原油每桶上看60美元；第二、美國新總統川普擴張性財政政策，將刺激基礎建設所需原料，以及減稅措施誘使企業增加資本支出，提高建設廠房機率；第三、中國過去多年原物料產業過度擴張情形，已受中國政府控制，包含去化過剩無效產能，對於高耗能、高汙染等具環境保護議題的重視等。

基於上述三個背景支撐下，對於營運低迷多年的台灣原物料廠商，已然露出一線曙光。台灣原物料廠商具備良好競爭力與生產效率，即便過去經常受歐美課徵反傾銷稅而付出較高成本，但還是持續出口全球市場，卻在中國多年供給過度下而無法有效提升獲利，如今美國政策興起更強烈的保護主義，但台廠仍然因品質提升、成本降低，在全球營建、不動產市場具有高度競爭力。

其次，金融業受惠全球進入升息循環，美國已率先終止長年低利率環境，2017年預估再升息3次，屆時銀行存放利差、壽險資金再投資的收益都將回升。而就台灣金融環境觀察，不僅受到政府持續大力支持，業界發展科技金融（FinTech）、檢討年金改革議題，以及ETF新型態投資工具，達到進口替代效果等，這些都使得金融業在金雞年轉為多頭走勢。

再次，物聯網的終端科技應用，需要半導體持續的技術創新，無論是行動裝置、汽車電子、無人自駕車、智慧城市、智慧家庭、大數據的雲端儲存等，市場規模蒸蒸日上。台灣半導體產業獨步全球，從IC設計、晶圓代工、封裝測試，都極具效率，只要看得見的科技產品，未來持續在生活中更廣泛被應用，台灣勢必受惠。

台股市場深受外資喜愛，相較亞洲其他市場，外資在2016年度維持高水位淨買超，推究原因有三點，相信2017年台股市場優勢仍在：

一、台股現金股息殖利率每年都有4％之高的水準，是全世界榜上有名。

二、台幣與亞洲其他市場貨幣相較，波動穩定，對外資而言，匯率風險偏低。

三、台灣優質且具潛力的產業龍頭股，近來不斷強化良善的公司治理，上市櫃公司資訊揭露透明，因此台股一直是國際機構投資人眼中，非常有吸引力的市場。

中國A股位階低，2016年不僅落後國際股市，全年更呈現負報酬，但觀察經濟政策面，實為改革陣痛期，因為中國政府強化經濟調結構、打擊房地產泡沫、去化過剩產能、國企兼併重組、解決企業債務問題等，使得經濟成長力道受壓抑，但短痛長多政策，方向正確，更有助於產業健康長遠成長，我們預估今年下半年可見浴火重生的成效。

而中國資本市場的開放，例如滬港通、深港通，以及研擬中的滬倫通，都可看見對外國資金逐漸敞開雙手歡迎，看好2017年6月中國A股有機會納入MSCI新興市場，將可吸引全球被動式、主動式基金持續加碼A股，而從過往經驗觀察，1995年台灣納入MSCI全球指數後，外資持續流入且列為長期資產配置的一環，更使得台股展開長波段漲幅，因此期待2017年下半年A股市場增速成長。
